People go to a coffee shop to be recognized and serve their coffee made just for them. They want it to be timely and accurate. Their experience should be fun and eventful.. A key part of the coffee shop experience is that welcoming presence behind the counter. For this reason, the coffee bartender is the host and the star of the show. The personality behind the espresso machine impacts how the experience unfolds. Being able to relate to a wide-range of people and adapt to the varying demands of customers can be amatuer psychology. However, it is the charm and wit of the coffee bartender that wins the hearts every time. The stamina of the coffee bartender is tested when juggling interesting conversations and demands from the customers at the same time. Passion and appreciation of how our coffee gets to our store to the inside of the customer’s cup ensures loyalty and memorable experiences.
